Vacuum packs

Vacuum packaging of meat in vacuum film involves completely pumping the air out of the package after the product is placed in it, and then sealing it tightly.
This action prevents the growth of microorganisms such as aerobic bacteria, mold and yeast.
Vacuum packing of raw meat extends its shelf life and prolongs its freshness.
It also preserves its attractive appearance by preventing its top layer from drying out and thus hardening.
The vacuum-film meat packaging system has another very important significance from the consumer’s point of view.
This is the durability of the packaging, which allows to maintain hygiene (nothing leaks through such a film), as well as easy transport and storage – because the film is tailored to the shape of the piece of meat, as well as flexible, so the risk of accidental tearing or unsealing is minimal.
