We are pleased to announce that BISS Printing House has installed a new generation machine for flexographic printing SOMA OPTIMA at the beginning of 2021 .
The new machine features a width of 880 mm and a min. report of 260 mm. The printer is equipped with a state-of-the-art 100% BST Eltromat printing control system with 4K resolution.
The precision of the fits and presses is supervised by the latest generation of the ARUN system. This innovative system gives the possibility of waste-free print alignment. In terms of printing sections, the company opted for carbon rollers to reduce runout on the machine. The Optima also has an Inkstrom automatic washing system, ultrasonic viscometers and thermal ink stabilization. The machine is monitored by the S-cloud system which allows the machine to be managed from anywhere in the world. It also ensures quick intervention of the service department.
The Soma Optima printer is another step by BISS to automate production, improve quality and expand its product range.
