We discuss the initial terms of cooperation and if they are accepted, we can start working together.
We sign a contract with the selected person(s) for a trial period and if after this time both parties are satisfied with the cooperation, the next step is to conclude an employment contract.
We try to carry out the recruitment process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The time that elapses from the appearance of an announcement to the start of work in our company is usually a maximum of one month.
