A long-time employee of BISS.
Almost from the beginning of our company, he trained and developed as a printer.
Currently, he uses the acquired knowledge in the position of shift master.
He stands at the head of internal production, solving all difficulties.
He takes care of the efficiency and productivity of the machine park.
What technologies guarantee the high quality of our packaging?
Modern machinery is the heart of our printing house.
We constantly invest in modern equipment and technologies that allow us to realize the highest quality products.
At BISS, we have two flexographic printers equipped with a 100% BST/ELTROMAT print control system.
These central cylinder machines are SOMA OPTIMA and KBA/FLEXOTECNICA EVO XD.
They also have the ARUN automatic press and registry system and carbon print rollers.
Printing is possible at speeds of up to 450 m/min.
Implemented ERP and MES systems supervise the production process at every stage, allowing to catch possible errors on the fly.
Laminating
The Comexi SL and Nordmeccanica laminators we own provide high-quality lamination.
We make duplex and triplex laminates with solvent-free technology.
Our specialists select the parameters (barrier, optics, sealability of the laminate) optimal to the specifics of the product.
The best products can be made only from the best materials.
Bobbing
For cutting, we use a Jurmet Winder I and II machine.
Thanks to the digital control and laser blade alignment system, the process is extremely precise.
Our machines also allow Inkjet printing on the final product.
This makes it possible to create individual promotional codes and personalize the printing on the final product.
Mixing paints
As the company grows, we are investing in new solutions.
Since 2017, the production process has been supported by the Swesa Ink Maker ink mixing plant.
It has made it possible to automate the preparation of printing inks.
The result?
Faithful color reproduction during printing.
We base our ink formulation on X-RITE Ink Formulation software.
In terms of proofing, we use the RK PROOFER machine.
We are currently in the process of implementing Color Track and Quality Track, which will allow us to digitize customers’ color standards and circulate and measure them digitally throughout the company.
We subject our packaging to detailed quality control
The advanced production process is crowned with strict quality control.
Thanks to it, thoroughly tested packaging gets into the hands of our customers.
Multistage quality control verifies the individual parameters of the packaging, so that they are in line with customer expectations.

We are very aware of the need for ecological transformation and are open to it, actively implementing concrete changes.
This is confirmed by our membership in the Natureef Association, which brings together leaders (including those in the packaging industry) who care about the environment.
At BISS, we implement ecological measures at every stage – from the packaging design itself, through the production process, to activities aimed at reducing waste and its impact on the environment.
We segregate waste, and whenever possible we focus on recycling – including through the process of solvent redistillation.
We also use photovoltaic panels and heat pumps, and recover energy from production processes.
In the near future, we are planning further investments in modern machinery that uses less energy and raw materials.
