Gathering the necessary information
The starting point is a conversation with the customer, during which we gather all the necessary information about the target packaging design.
The most important issues are the type of product to be packaged, the type of film, the graphic design, the size of the packaging unit, as well as the minimum circulation.
At this stage, the customer can also inform us about the finishing touches they are interested in.

Preparing a quote
The more information we have, the faster we will prepare a quote.
With a complete set of information from the client, we make a quote up to 48 hours, along with the expected completion date and price guarantee for a specified period of time.

Additional consultation
If the client has questions related to pricing or is considering implementing changes to the project, this is the right time.
At this stage we can also share our knowledge and suggest possible changes to the project for the benefit of the client.

Project implementation
If the customer has accepted the terms of the offer, we establish cooperation and proceed to carry out the order.
After completing the necessary formalities, we begin a multi-stage production process.
We start by ordering materials (printing forms, foil).
When printing the first project, we invite customers to personally accept it in our printing house.
This is also an excellent time to get to know us and our work better.

At the BISS flexographic printing house, we have certain production minimums (i.e., minimum print runs) below which we are unable to complete an order.
For packaging made of mono-foil it is 200 kg, for laminate/duplex it is 300 kg, and for triplex laminate it is 600 kg.
The lead time depends on several factors.
This is primarily the current production occupancy, the specifics of the product, as well as the size of the order.
Mostly it is a range of 3-5 weeks.
In an emergency situation, when the order is needed “already”, contact us.
We consider each case individually.
We carry out orders based on designs provided by the customer’s external company.
However, before starting production, we carefully verify the design to exclude the risk of errors.
After a thorough analysis, we can suggest changes in favor of the customer.
