Product Description

PPWR mono-material packaging (RECPACK line) is a flexible film packaging made 100% from a single type of plastic (PP or PE), in line with Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR). The mono-material construction eliminates mixing different plastics within one structure, so the packaging is recyclable in standard sorting facilities. Learn more: What is PPWR?

Packaging Type

Mono-material PP or PE, available in OPP/OPP, CPP/CPP and LDPE/MDO structures. Minimum order quantity (MOQ): 500 kg. Lead time: 3–5 weeks from design approval. Production compliant with BRC Packaging (grade A) and HACCP certification.

Printing

Flexo HD printing, up to 8 colors.

What RECPACK Replaces

The standard RECPACK variant replaces traditional OPP/CPP and OPP/PE laminates that combine different polymers, which are difficult to separate during recycling. As a result, such packaging — despite carrying a recycling symbol — often ends up incinerated or landfilled, because sorting facilities cannot effectively separate the layers.
