Product Description
We manufacture film packaging for loose-leaf and bagged tea, with a full aroma barrier and the option of custom printing for private label. A tight barrier against moisture, oxygen and light protects the tea’s delicate essential oils and polyphenols, so the product keeps its full aroma from packing until brewing by the consumer.
Applications
- Loose-leaf tea — larger formats with extra headspace, often with a window or in a stand-up doypack.
- Bagged tea — compact single and bulk packaging suited to automatic packaging lines.
- Private label — full print customization for retail chains and contract manufacturers.
Packaging Type
Package formats: stand-up sachet (doypack), flat bag, bulk bag.
Closure: adhesive strip with resealable zip, hermetic seal.
Mono-material variants available, aligned with the PPWR direction, making recycling easier without losing barrier properties.
Lead time: 3–5 weeks from design approval. Production compliant with BRC Packaging (grade A) and HACCP certification.

Flexo HD printing, up to 8 colors.
