BISS was the first company in Poland to purchase an automatic S-Mount decaling machine, which was designed for fast and accurate plate mounting to ensure the highest print quality on the OPTIMA flexo machine.
Automation of the process allows assembly with an accuracy of 5 microns. In addition, each die is scanned before the printing process and its topography is recorded on an ARUN chip that the Soma Optima printer reads.
