Product Description
We manufacture multi-layer barrier film for products requiring special protection against moisture, oxygen, light and temperature fluctuation. Low oxygen transmission rate (OTR) slows oxidation, and a high moisture barrier (WVTR) prevents mold growth and spoilage. UV-filter variants protect against fading and product degradation. A wide range of available structures — from monofilm to triplex laminates — allows the barrier level to be precisely matched to the requirements of a specific product.

How does barrier film differ from standard PE film?
Barrier film has an additional layer (EVOH or metallized) that significantly reduces oxygen and water-vapor permeability — protecting the product from oxidation, mold and freshness loss far more effectively than standard PE film.

Meat, cold cuts, cheese, fish, as well as fruit, vegetables and ready-to-eat products sensitive to oxygen and light, and frozen products.
Does the film protect against UV radiation?
Yes, UV-filter variants are available, protecting the product against fading and light-induced degradation.

200 kg for monofilm, 300 kg for duplex laminate, 500 kg for triplex laminate — depending on the film structure chosen.
