Product Description
We manufacture film packaging for fruit frozen using the IQF method, where the key challenge is protection against juice leakage from damaged fruit and preserving natural color after thawing. The film resists fruit acids released when cells rupture during freezing and thawing — standard vegetable film loses flexibility over time on contact with fruit juice at low temperature. Light protection matters more here than for vegetables, because the anthocyanins responsible for berry color are especially sensitive to light degradation.
