Frozen Vegetable Packaging

Product Description

We manufacture film packaging matched to the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) process, where the key requirement is protecting individual pieces of vegetable from sticking together and losing texture after thawing. The packaging stays flexible through freeze-thaw cycles during transport without cracking, and protects against freezer burn and loss of the vegetable’s internal moisture.

Applications

Individually frozen vegetables (IQF) — broccoli, carrots, cauliflower — the film prevents pieces from clumping into one mass.
Frozen vegetable mixes — multi-portion packaging with a closure allowing portions to be taken without thawing the whole pack.

Packaging Type

Package formats: film bag, stand-up pouch with zip closure (resealable after opening at home).

Lead time: 3–5 weeks from design approval.

Certifications: BRC Packaging (grade A), HACCP.

Printing

Flexo HD, up to 8 colors.

Why is IQF frozen packaging different from standard packaging?

It’s matched to freeze-thaw cycles — it stays flexible at low temperatures without cracking and protects individual vegetable pieces from clumping into one mass.

Which vegetables does this packaging suit?

Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower frozen by the IQF method, as well as frozen vegetable mixes packed in multi-portion packaging.

Does the packaging protect against freezer burn?

Yes, the film’s barrier limits loss of the vegetable’s internal moisture, preventing freezer burn during long storage.

What is the minimum order quantity?

200 kg for monofilm, 300 kg for duplex laminate — depending on the film structure chosen.

How long does order fulfillment take?

Standard lead time is 3–5 weeks from graphic design approval.
