Product Description
We manufacture pistachio packaging for shelled and in-shell pistachios, with a barrier against moisture, light and oxygen protecting the nuts’ freshness and aroma. Pistachios have a high content of unsaturated fats that go rancid quickly under oxygen and light — so they require a noticeably higher barrier than dry products. Choosing the right film structure extends shelf life and minimizes returns from quality loss.
Applications
- Shelled pistachios — natural, salted, roasted, flavored.
- In-shell pistachios — for self-shelling.
- Nut mixes — with almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts.
Packaging Type
Package formats: stand-up sachet (doypack) with zip closure, flow-pack.
Lead time: 3–5 weeks from design approval.
Production compliant with BRC Packaging (grade A) and HACCP certification.
Printing
Flexo HD printing, up to 8 colors. Available finishes: matte, gloss or Paper Touch — for brands wanting to stand out as a premium product on the shelf.
