Transformation of BISS packaging printer

We hereby inform you that on 17.11.2022, BISS drukarnia opakowania spółka cywilna was transformed into a limited partnership.

We would like to inform you that as a result of the transformation, the legal form of the company has been changed without changing the existing NIP and Regon numbers and bank account numbers. The company has been assigned a new entry number in the Register of Entrepreneurs in the National Court Register (KRS No. 0001003039)

The change of legal form and, consequently, of the company’s name does not affect the continuation of operations and the validity of previously concluded agreements. BISS drukarnia opakowań Skowrońska Spółka komandytowa took over all rights and obligations of BISS drukarnia opakowań Spółka cywilna.

In connection with the above, please note the above-described change in your records and registers and issue all accounting documents (invoices), as well as direct all correspondence with the following company data:
